Return & Cancellation Policy
Because the items in our store are fulfilled by a third party, we do not offer or accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
Cancellations made (by you) more than 48 hours in advance of the event date, will receive a refund, less 5% for fees charged by our merchant payment processor. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not receive a refund.
