Location: Shasta District Fairgrounds in Anderson/Redding
Turn in Times: Chicken - 12pm, Pork Ribs - 12:30, Tri Tip - 1pm
- note that the Chicken category includes Cornish Game Hen and Kosher Chicken, but must be six identifiable pieces in the turn-in box.
All additional categories, if any, will follow Tri Tip, each half hour.
This is a Garnish OPTIONAL competition. Standard Garnish types allowed, see Rules & Regulations for exact details.
