What: 3 KCBS Contests in one weekend + Mystery Meat (to be provided)

Summary
“The 6th Annual West Coast BBQ Championships will be the first to crown three KCBS Grand Champions in two days!”, says Carolyn Wells Founder & Executive Director of the Kansas City BBQ Society, “As the largest governing body of BBQ contests in the world, we sanction nearly 300 contests every year. It is a rare occasion that will we have a double, where two open KCBS four meat contests are held back to back on one weekend. Never before have three full four meat KCBS bar-b-que contests ever been attempted in two days.” Three contests in two days will be achieved by having one contest each day, and the third contest divided over the two days.
