Note if you search with a space between the smoke and the tree you will be given wrong directions

Move In

Friday 2PM at the VERY earliest

Team locations will be assigned

Exit Saturday Evening a few teams will stay until Sunday morning

Turn Ins

In provided boxes with "Texas Lettuce" (Foil Square)

11AM Half Chicken,

12 Spare Ribs 7 each,

1PM Pulled Pork Shoulder (finger sized enough to cover the floor of the box)

2PM Brisket 7 slices (no burnt ends)


Taste of Championship Barbeque

All teams may vend BBQ to the crowd at $2.00 for each 2 oz "Taste of Championship Barbeque"

The taste size has been set by the Health Dept. NO NOT EXCEED the 2 oz limit

The vending teams will not take tickets, They will take cash. Have change on hand

Every time we do this your first customer will have a $20 "Gosh thats all I got"

Heavy paper boats that are commonly used in the sale of Hot Dogs are the recommended container

Simply fold in half to create a "cup" or leave it open for a Rib maybe Chicken

Teams will supply their own

heavy paper boats, Napkins and Forks

Sinks and Water

Will be available at two central locations
