Hey everyone

The CBBQA is going to set up a booth to boost membership, serve samples and spread the love of BBQ and to raise money for the charities. On August 2nd at the Queen Mary I'll need some volunteers to help serve the public. If anyone is available and interested in helping the CBBQA please let me know ASAP I would really appreciate it.

Hey everyone I really need some more volunteers, it will only be an hour or two max at the Queen Mary. If anyone can find a little bit of time to spare I would be so grateful.

Thank you.

Wow what a CRAZY event.. it was like cooking for the tazmanian devil. I was there for the second wave and saw a TON of food disappear in the blink of an eye!
Huge thanks to Jon and his crew from Smokin Harts and Andy Allen from Rooftop and his crew for providing the smokers and to all the people that volunteered to help!
Thank you Kim for organizing it!!

This was a really fun event. The one thing I did learn at this event. Never slice up a 4+ foot fatty in front of a mob of hungry people. That's a good way to meet your maker when there isn't enough to go around.

Thanks again to Kim for getting us together to cook this event.

What a great time!!! Thanks to Jon, Andy, Andy and Ed for showing me how to stay cool under fire. As a newbie to this crazy world of "Q", I learned allot. Thanks to Kim for her hard work and energy in putting this together. Thanks to all the folks that came out and literally busted their butts in making this happen. A special thanks to Tim Wong for bringing a scrubbing pad and dish soap for me. I think he was trying to tell me something  .

Holy cow was that an experience! I am so eternally grateful to all the volunteers that came to help out the CBBQA. Andy Allen & friends, Jon Hart & family, Ed Williams, Fred Bland, Andy Soto, Tim Wong, Ben, Jerry Aguilar and family and also to my wonderful family. It was great to see all of us work together and accomplish what we accomplished, you know we make amazing BBQ when people were seeking us out and Andy Allen even showed me that I had a YELP review :) The lines were never ending and I was certain that at the end of day I was going to die.

I couldn't have done this without all of you and from the bottom of my heart thank you, thank you, thank you for all that you do for this organization!!
