Any info on what type of rib we are cooking?
Spares or baby and if they are spares, are they untrimmed?
Update on team count and racks required to cook?

We will be having staggered turn in times, every 1/2 hour beginning at 1PM. If you have an absolute need for a specific turn in time please email or message me immediately!

Any special instructions for judges? What time do we need to be there and where do we go?

Edit: Spoke with Tracy. There will be special judges passes and she is making arrangements for getting them to us. Judges are expected to be seated by 12:15pm. Turn ins start at 1pm and go to 2:30pm

All judges are very experienced, so not much need for a lengthy judges meeting. Just show up an hour ahead and we can all figure it out from there.
