Are BBQ covers just a waste of money? They don't seem to do much good. Most of them leak and if they don't leak, moisture still gets trapped. They are expensive and if the sun gets to them they are history. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

I got an ocean of blue tarps,
Covers my coolers,wood,charcoal,cookers,
Propane,carts, tables....an ocean.
Cheap, durable but an eyesore...
Atleast that's what my mom says.
But my wsm cover seems to hold up to the rain just fine in my backyard.
