Howdy. Been a while since I fired up the old Lang. As I was getting it ready for a BBQ next weekend I realized she is looking a bit rough after all these years.

I am looking for someone to make some modifications, media blast and repaint most of the outside. I don't have the equiptment or the skill to do this.

Any ideas?

Sorry Tony. I did get your pm. I found a guy in San Jose who builds custom rigs. I'll let you know how it turns out. Complete ext refurb and adding a Santa Maria grill to the front.

He should be done with it next week if you want to see the quality of work. Basically refurbishing the entire rig on the outside adding some more temp gauges, taking off the wood box extending the trailer and adding a grill to the front of the rig.

Eric, can you take and share a few pictures of the refurb. Sounds like its going to be good! I'm currently working on adding an additonal shelve to mine and also building a rib rack shelve. I'm looking to add sinks to exterior as well. I have the square grill on the front of mine, but only use it as storage. Good luck with the project! If you take some photos, feel free to email them.

I have asked them to take pics along the way. After 13 years of use she was ready for a touch up. I'm hope adding the grill was a good move for me. I find myself carring a grill with me quite often.

I'll get you some pics.
