Butcher BBQ not moving forward in Sam's Series (he did the same last year)

David B is after KCBS ToY (points) and since the non-local Sam's are not open contests they don't count for KCBS ToY.

I had to ask myself that question. I was expecting some big provocative statement and all we got was he wasn't going on to the regionals because he is chasing TOY points.
