Hello all! We are going to have our next SoCal Meat Up! meeting!
Date - Sunday March 4
When - 12:30 - 4ish
Where - Freddy Rays BBQ in Lake Elsinore
Address - 16738 Lakeshore Drive - #C, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530
The event is up on the Facebook page so please let us know if you are coming!
We will be going over checklists on what to bring to a comp. This info might save some new teams from over or under packing. I'm sure some of the more experienced teams will offer to share electronic versions. I'm also sure that even the more experienced teams will learn something!
We will also be able to talk about our next backyard event.
Anyone is more than welcome to attend. Even though the SoCal Meat Up was intended for competition BBQ, no reason why anyone who is interested in BBQ can't come out. I hear the BBQ at Freddy Rays is awesome and I'm looking forward to it!

I'm going and will be driving in from south OC. If you would like to carpool I could drive to your place since your closer to the 91.
