The Lake and Ric's are the two best events of the year, especially for new teams and teams that are tweeking their rubs, sauces and processes, plus it is so relaxed and fun that I can't imagine missing it. Dave and Deni are such great hosts and the facility is unmatched.

Bill while at the NBBQA conference " Famous Dave " Anderson lamented " that's the best tasting banana pudding I have ever tasted"! after sampling ours. One of his staffers asked "better than ours?" Dave said "Go find out for yourself." That why on his Facebook page he stated' "Mine is as just good as Harry's . He is a very gracious man and was very complimentary for all the food that Leonard and I cooked for the shindig.
