Would like to welcome Doug McCaffrey from Pigs Can Fly BBQ to the event, lets see if doug brings that giant Pig back out for some photo ops. It was cool!!!!

Would like to welcome Dwayne Ross and the WEST COAST BBQ TEAM to the event, going to be a blast!!! we are limited to 20 teams so get applications in soon.

We are 1/2 way to our 20 team limit, will up date the team list soon and i have all CBJ's set to judge, if your intersted in this contest / vending gig then get your apps in soon. this is a fun event with live music, western shootouts and a wagon train that rolls right through the middle of the contest, its way COOL!!!!!

The results are posted on the wiki page ( dont know why the imcon thing is there?) What a Great Event, so much fun, Congrats to Big Shot BBQ for there Rib Championship and Brew & Que Crew for the PC Championship and to all that took the walk. I would also like to thank Lisa Crummet from the Placerville Downtown association for setting up such a great venue for a contest, would also like to thank our judges, Tracy Allen was head judge with Bill bain, Dave Allbright, Dimitri Griekoff, Dick Good & Richard Holquin at the table, with the huge crowd we had we will be adding five more teams to next years event so we hope to see you there, congrats to all and thank you for supporting the Placerville Down town assn and Pit Pros Promotions.
