2012 PNWBA Calendar Status
This is a list of new events that applications have been received for and reoccurring events that have advised a date.
NO EVENT IS CONFIRMED UNTIL APPROVED BY THE BOARD!
This is for forward planning only – when it is approved it will be submitted to the Web Master to be posted as normal.

Wow, 23 events and counting. An outstanding year for bbq teams.

Kevin, I asked the PNWBA to hold off posting MH until we had one more meeting, with MH, to tie up the last loose ends. That meeting is scheduled for this Tuesday.

We're a busy bunch up here in the Spring, Summer, and Fall...not so much in the winter though...other than going stir crazy to cook!

In addition to the recently approved events not yet posted on the Calendar today (3-2) I expect a few more events to be brought before the BOD tomorrow.

And we also have a slew of KCBS events to choose from.

To date, the KCBS has scheduled the following events in the NW for 2012. Also, we're seeing little-to-no head-to-head conflicts with PNWBA events which I think is huge!
May 25-27 North Bend, Oregon (near Coos Bay)
*** FEB 28 UPDATE: BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay, North Bend, OR just hit the KCBS events schedule with a Tentative approval ***

June 29-30 Sisters, Oregon (near Bend)
June 3 - July 1 Meridian, Idaho (near Boise)
July 14-15 Nanaimo, BC (on Vancouver Island)
Sept 2-3 Suquamish, WA (near Poulsbo)
***MAR 1 UPDATE: Smoke on the Water in Coquille, OR (west of Roseburg) Sept 7-8, just got listed as Tentative***

Word has it that the Boise Music Festival is coming to the calendar, too. It was a $10K KCBS event last year and I believe it's set for about a week after the Ribfest. Pat "Maddog" Maddock
