Thanks for the times. Just looked at the rules on PNWBA web site. Didn't see order of meats judging. I seem to remember big meats first but where is the official order of judging meats listed?

Sorry I was out of pocket the last week, traveling for work gets in the way everynow and then.
The latest update on the contest is as follows:
1. Looks like a classic car club is going to jolin us for the contest and show off thier rides.
2. Saturday night I will have a keg out for the teams to enjoy and socialize as we get going.
3. There is still one spot open, so contact me at mark@winewithswine.com
If you have reserves a spot and have not sent in your app and fees, please do so.
I will have info for the teams sent out at the end of the week.

Here is the basic info as of now.
Date: April 22
Time: 11:00am - ?
Free admission & parking
Location: 2455 Masonic Drive, San Jose
Live music, beer and bbq food sales to benefit Masons 4 mitts program.
Tasting tickets will be sold for probably around $2.00 per. 2-3 oz tasting recommended.
Mark, or someone he appoints, will coordinate the pre sale of racks of ribs for $20.00 each. We are encouraging all cookers to help in the rib sales by throwing in an extra rack or two. If you do not have the room, I will cook them if you prep them. Pre sales for the ribs would help us keep track of how many we need to buy. Please let us know what you can do on any level.
