This is a great class for anybody interested. I took it last year and learned a lot. It's for backyard bbq'ers but comp teams will learn a lot too. Not sure what the price is on the class but it will be worth every penny. I still have the info/recipe packet that I thumb through on occasion to freshen up on info. The only advice I would give is to eat a small breakfast because you will eat A LOT of food that day!
