Had the opportunity to cook one PNWBA contest last year in Langley BC. All the rules regarding meats and garnish are familiar with what we normally do here. The judging process focuses on one box at at time which is a better method to avoild subconscious comparisons. The turn-ins are farther apart which also helps the one-person teams. Finally, they have best score sheets I've seen, only two sheets of paper per team. I'm lobbying to do 3 contests up there this year.

Langley, BC is a very well run event, and the organizers go out of their way for the teams. One of my favorites!

Hey Benny, Did you guys ever make it to Orlando for that cater gig?

Sadly, no. The deal fell through due to budget issues.
