As always low entry fees, Taste of BBQ Vending, We would like to be a part of the CBBQA ToY
Only 32 teams, New location out at the lake in conjunction with a city wide celebration
GREAT event for new cooks to try cooking against the traveling professional teams

We have been lucky to score 2 RGC's out of the three contests they have had. Need to try and get that elusive GC this time.

my inaugural event.

(I am catering or cooking for churches almost every week
Cooking for a church made up of mostly the homeless Wednesday)

Hesperia is a great place to come for your first cook off
With the relaxed timeline and quemunity activities
You will get to know some of the other teams and maybe win a few $
