The hotel/motel at Casa de Fruta is called The Peacock Inn.
Another option would be the Hilton Garden Inn in Gilroy which is about 15mins from Casa de Fruta. This is where I recommend visitors from out of town stay and it is quite nice.

Bill Bain----you can stay in my "Lance" camper with me. I have sleep apnea and severe flatulence but I know that you are a Scotsman and require "cheap"
I will let you have the king bed that is overhead because I need to sleep close to the "sardine can" toilet because sometimes my Flomax doesn't work.
If 2 Scotsman are present---maybe we should wear our kilts for unity. Unless you think it looks bad for 2 gentleman to jump out of a camper together wearing kilts. I can bring my bagpipes so people realize that we are really Scotsman----not just casual kilt affectionados.
The Dutch Oven Class will have some new twists and recipes from my Cowboy Poetry cookbook, "Never Trust A Skinny Cook"
Wait Bill---if you are going to assist me maybe we should wear our SASS gear---PM me---right now we are dialed in to Kilts,Cowboy Boots, and Cowboy Hats
DARE US

You're scaring me Leonard, flatulance and flomax, p.s. leave the viagra home!! I think I will see if I can get a deal at the hotel or sleep on the ground. I didn't realize that helping you with the class would become a test of mental endurance.

We need each and every member to help get the word out on this great BBQ University class in Hollister march 5, 2011. These "Introduction to Authentic BBQ" classes have the backyard cook in mind, and we all know several such individuals that talk "BBQ" with us whether it be at work or maybe a neighbor....and you can help by getting the word out about our informative classes!
These classes help us as an organization raise thousands of dollars for children's charities around our great state. The CBBQA thanks you in advance for all your efforts in helping raise funds for our supported charities.

I have posted this on Facebook and a local non-BBQ forum I am a member of.
Any chance we could get a full page color PDF that we could print up and distribute to local establishments? I can think of a few local businesses where it could be posted, and I would be happy to make sure it gets posted around.

Thanks Smitty!
You know what? Earlier this morning I took a swing at printing the image on one of our better printers here at work, and It turned out really good. You created a great png image file and it looks really good on a full size sheet of paper.
I will print out a few more copies and start posting them!
