Scott-
A couple of urgent questions if you do not mind...
1. I see the turn in times are different on the WIKI and the cooks application. Can you please confirm the correct times?
2. What are the hours for PC?
3. Can we set our own prices for PC?
4. Are we using tokens for PC, and if so what is the payout?
5. Can we sell beverages?
Thanks,
-Keivn

Dave, the cooks meeting is friday at 7:00 pm and that is about the time leonards dinner will be ready so maybe we will have it in the the judges tent during dinner?
Thanks to a last minute blast of teams it looks like we will close to 30, already have our 25 for State Championship,

Thanks, Scott!!!
For anybody still on the fence, or thinking about being on the fence, jump on over. This is a great event in a great location. This will be our third year - we've had a blast at the prior two in spite of our dubious results. Lots of fun, and unique stuff you'll not see anywhere else. For me, this event is what BBQ is all about. Check it out!!!

Hi Scott...any word on what kind of steak for Kid's Que? Also, what are the presentation rules? We are a bit concerned about this happening at the same time as the other turn ins but I am sure we will figure it out.
Hi Scott...looks like the timing isn't a huge issue, but wondering how far away the Kid's Que will be from where we will be set up. Also, if you have answers to the other questions, that would be great.
Looking forward to this event!
