Ben,

I don't know what weekend that was last year, or what the location was?

Sorry Dan,

No Bull is in the shadow of El Toro mtn/hill on May 7 in Morgan Hill.

We were/are at the City of Morgan Hill: Community & Cultural Center, but (last year) we were sharing this venue with another smaller event.

Not so this year, we have about 40% more room (for the teams), plus use of the entire (indoor) facility, and that may not be the end of our expansion.

This was our very first KCBS event ever and we had a great time. We plan on doing it again next year.

Thanks Ric. Heard it was a great event last year, and would like to get it on our 2011 schedule.

Thank you Tom, I think everyone involved especially the cookers was shocked by the attendance and energy of the crowd. We woud love to reach as far as AZ, hopefully we can make that happen for you.

To anyone considering adding this event to their schedule…we went last year and had a great time. We'll be back in '11.

It’s a very comfortable venue, the locals could not have been nicer, and it was, of course, a top notch, class production. Check it out if you can!

I believe your quote to me about the PC at this event was something like "you could have sold armpit hair sandwiches to that crowd and they would have bought them!".

I've been growing and trimming ever since! :w00t:

Yea the crowd was wild last year. It was my first event and I helped out Ron's team (Redneks and Barbacuties) and we won peoples choice. Harry Soo won his first GC for 2010. I met a cute lady (wink wink). I guess she REALLY liked BBQ! haha. I can't wait for the next one.

As of this moment I've been told it's significantly more than last year, full details in the next few days.
