How's about a best ABT contest? Everybody does 'em different, let's see who has the best!

If they went by bulk, nobody would beat you guys from what I saw in Stockton.

I have a few questions for you Scott.

First, will containers for the sauce contest be provided?

Second, can you tell us about the judges? For example, will they be certified, or trained etc.

Third, can you say how entries will be judged? Will they be judging on categories (like KCBS) or just an overall score that takes everything into account?

Fourth, for appearance, will entries be judged by the appearance of the box as a whole, or will the judges be judging their individual portion only for appearance.

Thanks!

Wow! This is gonna be bigger than I expected...I thought it was gonna be about 15 teams and now we are talking 40! Great job! :punk:

Of course, since I have never ever competed on my own before, it is time to panic :frantics: ... errrr... I mean PLAN!

So, are we on for the ABT contest? What is the plan for that? Will need to prep for that.

As an FYI, I am planning on parking my ginormous 5th wheel rig in the parking lot Friday night and then pulling out after the awards at some point to head to a local RV park for the night. A buddy of mine who is helping me will be doing the same with his truck camper. Any problems with this? If anyone else with an RV wants to join in the park on Saturday night, lemme know and I can share the details.

While I would love for you to be there for this outdoor music festival and rib cook off, I can't help but thinking that praying for rain would be a bad decision.
