Great show tonight. I really enjoyed it(who would have guessed?). The fun team interactions were entertaining. Showing that the true test of a great Pitmaster is the ability to cook anything using only charcoal, wood or wood pellets using only their skill and mastering of technique is precious.

Neil, you guys made us proud. It was an interesting show tonight, even with the outcome. In some ways it was unfair to have ribs and Johnny Trigg on the same show.

I enjoyed last nights show more than the others. It just seemed like like they added a lot more commentary from the teams and since I didn't like how the "challenge" would kick a team off it was nice to see everyone compete in the final event. Looking forward to when the winners come back and go head to head in the season finally. I still think having Trigg do ribs was a setup.

FYI I've been in a few TV shows in my years and the 2 "competitions" I was a part of where scripted from beginning to the end and it was pre-determined who would win and every outcome. Neither show was on TLC, but both where nationally syndicated.

It was a great show and noted it was the actually the first epsisode filmed though the 4th broadcast. What went into production choices for the final cut won't be known to the public but we can only trust that contracturally right decisions were made. I had fun, enjoyed the experience and have no regrets.
