I've done both several times now and still have yet to find anything that the ladies of the house will touch. Anyone have an idea to share other than cook beef?

I can't believe they don't like the goat. Try rotisserie goat. Or is that lamb? Or dinosaur?

Just for clarification - I didn't cook that goat (or whatever it is), it was posted on the KC BBQ Forum several years ago. It looks like a dinosaur to me. Not exactly appetizing.
If you want some good goat recipes, just do a google search for "cabrito". Good stuff.
Watch out for the chupacabra though.
