I've done both several times now and still have yet to find anything that the ladies of the house will touch. Anyone have an idea to share other than cook beef?

Lamb kabobs? Buffalo (we saw some for sale at Bristol Farms)? Ostrich?

I can't believe they don't like the goat. Try rotisserie goat. Or is that lamb? Or dinosaur?

Okay Tom,

I just let the girls have a look at your goat and they seem to have made up their mind for sure now. No Goat.

Thanks for the help!

Just for clarification - I didn't cook that goat (or whatever it is), it was posted on the KC BBQ Forum several years ago. It looks like a dinosaur to me. Not exactly appetizing.

If you want some good goat recipes, just do a google search for "cabrito". Good stuff.

Watch out for the chupacabra though.
