I am in the planning process here
There is no prize fund for this event
Would keeping the entry fee very low ($50) and having nice trophies be the best approach?
We could go $100 and have a small payback but.........
I am hoping to get some new cooks to give it a try here
Keith's Chili Classic will be a open Chili contest
Red or Green with or without Beans
Best Booth also

100.00 is a fair fee. Some payback is nice to have.

One vote for $100 with a payback money
Come on new cooks time to start speaking up
If you do not speak up your ideas do not get included
Entry fees of $50 are easy to do
But winning a lil cash brings a smile

Thom is this a definite date - so that I can put it onto the IBCA website also.
I'm sure that Keith will be watching over the event.
