I have had several people tell me I should sell my sauce. I have looked into selling it at craft shows and such, but they all want me to have it made in a commercial kitchen. Does anyone have any ideas on how to start this venture? Thanks for all of your input.

I don't have any experience with it, but I know QN4U has their sauces bottled. Maybe you could PM Kim Walton and see she can point you in the right direction. Good luck.

there are companies that will make and bottle your sauce for you. they conform to all the appropriate regulatory standards and such and you dont have to do anything but sell it once they box it up. who these people are though is a mystery to me. kim or google would probably be a place to start.

I know Gordon has his sauce bottled, so does Grant Ford. This topic was discussed at length on the AZ forum a while back. The brethren site would also be a good place to check, as lot of those guys have their sauce bottled.
