I'm going with a Chili Verde. Everrything has to be prepared on site, except any meats you may want to use. So, to keep with my love of bbq, I got up this morning at 5am and threw a pork butt on the WSM. I will dice or shred it up into the chili. I didn't put our normal rub on the butt, just garlic salt and pepper so it doesn't throw the chili taste off.

I think this will be a winner!!!!!!
