Something new on the wiki, every CBBQA member team now has thier own wiki page, you get to put whatever you want on your page.

This list on this page may not be all inclusive, if your name should be on here an it isn't, please post here and we'll get it added.

I should add blue or purple links on the wiki indicate that there is content if you follow the link, red indicates a link to a page that hasn't been created yet, so red teams get busy!

Four teams have already begun!

Just another benefit for CBBQA members, shameless self promotion welcomed ;)

P.S. I'd be glad to do more "how to wiki" classes, but I should add a lot of the info I cover can be found by clicking the "help" link within the left hand side wiki navigation box.

3 more things I should note -

1. You can use the CBBQA galleries to store pics (even in private galleries), that can then be used publicly on the wiki - go figure (use the BB code link from the gallery), altho pictures are displayed at the size uploaded (max 800 x 600). So if you also want smalller thumbnails for your wiki page just resize them on your computer and upload a 2nd (smaller) pic if you need both.

2. Everyone ALSO has their own personal wiki page, once on the wiki side - look for your user name in the upper right corner, clicking on that takes you to your "user" page. Once again very free form. You can also link to your personal page from within your team page (or anywhere else either in the wiki or the forum)

3. All of these pages are visable to anyone and will eventually be read by Google and every other search engine on the planet, this is helpful if you have anything to promote - the down side here is that you should be aware that the info you put here is public - just like the forums.

Apparently I need to take the Wiki how to class. I read the help section and it all still seems like jibba jabba to me! Maybe Lacey will know how to work with the page.

It's nice to see that in just a few days more than a handful of teams have at least begun their pages!

That's quite a compliment from someone who claims to have a computer curse. Thanks!

Thank you for the welcome. We're happy to be on board and look forward to seeing old friends again, like Kim & Brent, and making some new friends at Clovis.

Thanks for the welcome.

Might be a good idea if anyone reading this encouraged all the teams (at contests, etc.) to get on the ball and put something on their pages!

How do we know when we are the leaders in something? We get copied. The all new KCBS.us website now has team bio pages.

Go figure.
