I would love to do this event. It was great when we did it two years ago. We would want to do chicken and ribs for sure, and pork shoulder if a third category is not a problem.

Hello Guys, Im not real sure how this works but I am very interested in cooking at this event. I am a new member and still green in the ways of signing up. My team name is Grill Sargent and the meats I would like to cook are ribs and brisket. If this counts or not as an official sign up please let me know. Thanks in advance

ron and roccialm you both need to come bring meat and cookers we can help you in a crash course in bbq comp...I will be happy to help get you going

Wow, it looks like it's going to be another fun year at the lake.
Best of luck to all the teams, especially to all the new ones.
I'm sorry I won't be in town to join in the fun this year.
