Can't wait, we've been looking forward to this. Smokey Bones BBQ has been there the last three years and the fun only gets better.
Thanks Thom for running it again.

Thom I see we have another piece of the puzzle. Do you have any puzzle pieces on entry fees and PC?

Each team will have a option at sign up to select its non comp meat item
We will not have 15 teams doing Pig Candy etc
Get creative

Sunday during Western Live Onsite Judging
Teams will present judging panel with tastes

Thom with this new puzzle piece for Taste of BBQ each team will be allowed to due one non comp meat item, for taste of bbq, Plus this item has to be approved by you so we don't have all the teams doing the same thing. Is this correct.

The drip, drip, drip of a faucet reminds me of how the information flows out for this event. It must be painful for those teams interested in attending/selling/competing.

Not painful at all Benny just funny. After all it's Thom. With Golden Voice and Best Beverage it could change from day to day.

Change is synonymous with Stagecoach. A dripping faucet eventually fills the sink!
