It is a three meat contest, with Pork Ribs, Chicken and Tri-Tip.
Entry Fees are $45/meat for Pros (you must enter all 3 for Grand Champions); $25/meat for Joes (backyard).
Pros - $250, $125, $8O for each category; $500 for Grand Champions - Trophy/Ribbon for top 5 in each category
Joes - $100 Grand Champion; Trophy/Ribbon for top 5 in each category
